What is that saying? "When it rains it pours" ? Well, that saying holds very true. The only thing to do is pray. Our hearts and minds weren't designed to carry such burdens. We are to place all our troubles and fears at our Lord's feet. We are to trust Him enough to not get too worried and anxious.
Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of god, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
If you feeling worried or your burdens are too much for you to handle. I pray you (me) can lay those burdens down and Praise God.
Blessings,
Missy
