I made a new easy recipe last night. Four of my family members loved it! Including me. I'll share it with you....oh, and I give all the credit to "Stove Top"
1 1/2 lbs cooked chicken, cut into bit size pieces. (i had three chix breasts)
1 box chicken flavored stuffing...cooked as pkg directions
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
1/3 c sour cream
1 can cr. of chicken soup
Combine in a large bowl....chicken, veggies, sour cream, soup. mix well
Pour into baking dish (i used 9'11)
Place stuffing on top and bake 30 minute at 350 degrees.....
